California Lutheran University recently issued the following announcement.
The School of Management will host the third panel discussion for students on diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. This series is highly successful in that we had over 100 attendees and a lively, candid discussion with the alumni panelists for our first two events. Students said they found them inspirational and insightful, with takeaways.
In the third discussion, a diverse panel of professionals will share stories about what they learned when they entered the workforce, what they didn’t expect, the actions they took, and what they would have done differently in hindsight. You will gain practical advice that you can immediately implement in your career.
This event will be held in person and on Zoom, and will include a moderated discussion with an opportunity for students to ask questions of the panelists.
