While offering classic American Coastal Cuisine, Moofish will feature Executive Chef William Traynor’s local Farm & Sea-To-Fork ingredients. The food is the Moofish dedication, and the menu will stay in sync with California’s growing seasons. Farm-To-Fork is the standard the Ventura California region has created, and local Venturan, Chef Traynor embodies the Farm & Sea-To-Fork motto every day – every dish.
A proponent of local fare, local purveyors and regional flavors, Chef will work with the regions vast array of fresh produce, dairy products and naturally fed meats, locally caught seafood and cage free poultry – Chef will prepare each dish as if it is the only dish. Moofish cocktails are a craft in itself, using tried and true recipes for the flavor long remembered, or creating new memories from new techniques. Each cocktail uses premium spirits, fresh fruits, and crafted flavors to create the perfect complement to any occasion.
